I took my 2011 Kia Sportage in for for service on the 1st of August to KIA Springs, and about 45 minutes later I receive a call from them telling me that I am going to have pay for the service because Liquid Capital is refusing to pay, reasons for that being that the car was just over 45000KM when i brought it in for a 45000km, as far as I know I have a 100000km plan with them and at no point have I been told or signed any agreement with or statement stipulating that should the car be over by a certain mileage I will have to pay for it myself and as far as I understand my rights as a consumer this was supposed to have been stipulated and signed by myself.

I called liquid capital and initially spoke to Thembekile she was nice at 1st and told me to please hold the phone, i was on hold for 10min and was cut off, the call was never returned. I called for the 2nd time an had to explain my issue again to Innocentia Masote who was of no help at nall and was even more frustrating as she seemed not to even care about my issues, i asked her if it was possible to speak to Thembekile and she told me she was busy on another line she will tell her to call me back, im still waiting for that call
