Unauthorised Debit Orders

There is a company that is debiting my account with R199.99 and R250.00 called Dial 24. I have called my Bank Standard Bank to get the details because I never authorized this company. As I log to Hello Peter I find out that there are 29 other cases of exactly the same thing. This thing is clearly rife why do they keep giving our money to this company that so many people have complained about?
