Platinum Account Holder reeiving NO SERVICE!

Dear FNB, I must say I am truly dissappointed in the service my husband and I receive on our Platinum Cheque Account, last night is a case in point, our FNB Insurance premium went off but the money that I had transferred from my personal Capitec Account was not showing so instead of giving us the common courtesy of 24 hours to rectify the situation FNB immediately returned our FNB insurance. My husband has had his account with FNB for several years and his salary has every month gone into his account bar for January when the company he worked for mucked up and only paid their salaries on the 1st of February ever since then FNB has been nothing but unhelpful with respect to our account, we have a lovely Premier Banker but she doesnt always seem to realise that we are been given bad service from FNB even your Gold Account holder are given 24 hours to rectify there account and are contacted by the bank to ask should the bank honour their payment, why are my husband and I receiving such shocking service I ask, or are we just a number on FNB's computer, received and forgot may be Beep Bank would give us better service.
