INCORRECTLY ADVISED

I took out an insurance policy (deposit protector) via McCarthy insurance, the consultant (Carol Lynn) advised me it would cover the full deposit of R100, 000 I queried the policy a few months ago only to find out I was misadvised and it only covered R50, 000 and not R100, 000 I asked several times to ensure if covered R100, 000 and was sold a policy that only covers R50, 000 . I have been in contact with Vishal Vinsnu and he suggested 2 options a full refund of all premiums paid to date or take out another policy that covers R100, 000. I opted for the full refund, Vishal got back to me saying that was not possible and advised me to cancel the policy, is this the service delivery expected from the Bidvest Group, kindly address this issue as I want a full refund as this was suggested to me.
