Half of my salary was debited from my account without my permission and they claim that they tried calling me but they have my email and never used it once. Now my kids are not going to have food because they could not get a hold of me and the REFUSE to make an arrangement. I was told I will never get that my money so the Bank does not care, I hope they are not lying when they say they record this calls REF nr :135856480... so I guess it`s FNB how can I you, clearly when you have financial problem they are not there to help. how refreshing
