I don't even know what to do anymore. I had a complaint and went through the normal channels at FNB to try and get everything resolved.

It is still not resolved, I still haven't received an Apology and it seems like FNB is just ignoring me.

All I am trying to do is get some basic service, but they are incapable of doing anything not even picking up the phone to apologise.

Will someone please do something about SD1613483: COMPLAINT 305312 REF:20130718_155302686.

I am seriously angry at the complete lack of any kind of action.
