Guys I thought finding out why I'm being debited two amounts by you should perhaps be one of the simplest things to ask of bank.

As is my experience with your service, that was wishful thinking. Your cellphone banking call menu leads off to complicated menus that are relentless in asking for every unnecessary detail. The first call centre lady referred me to a fax number which obviously doesn't work.

I'd like to know why you debited R350 from my credit card at 06h50 this morning and why you deducted another R350 from my savings account at 06h49.
