Atm cash deposit feature

I am a business customber and use the cash deposit feature at the atm since their is no branch in marikana. But on months ends especially the deposit feature never works. And if we ask the staff inside the standard bank cash loans. No one can answer. Maybe I should just move all my accounts to absa. At least I can deposit at their branch in marikana if there atms are down. Why do ull offer The service if it not gonna be available all the time. O I know. Ull give made in china service
