Problem not resolved since 2012

I have been trying to get my account sorted out since 2012 with Chris Butler who is a very and arrogant man, sent emails to him to sort my account account and up until today nothing has been done. Last month i called accounts department and was told that a lady in jhb by the name Gertude deals with my account got her email sent her the mails and only to find out that she does not deal with the account but Dbn does she has given me the contact number to speak to Premie that number just rings no answer so i requested the managers number and email. since then i have emailed them in June and no one has contacted me or resolved my problem. Nomusa and Premie gets copied on the email. They have handed my account over to the attorneys and want to reposses my car for R5000 yet communication was sent to them when i missed and instalment. Disgusted with Standard Bank Vehicle Finance. NO communication since 2012. Pathethic service from a manager (NOMUSA NDELE) who i would assume is there to resolve problems and is of assistance to the customer. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME. Will never recommend any of my family members and colleagues to deal with STANDARD BANK.
