Our organisation is a Non-Profit Organisation, and have been banking with FNB for more than 4 years now. After applying to have Online Banking more than 18 months ago, we have been send from Pillar to Post. Worst thing, their lack of response is unbelievable. Despite numeous trips to our branch, Balfour Park, complaining to their Complaints Department, we haven't had much luck. I have even send an email to their CEO, and still no response to my complaints. How did a bank with such appalling service win recognition for being the most Innovative Bank in the World?
