My brother went to the bank to withdraw a large amount of money as he wanted to buy a car, the consultant did everything but the manager refused to sign or authorise the cheque because his signature differs from the one that he used when he opened the account and the reason for that being that he is handicap now. I'm really disappointed by the way he was treated because he is a client and was treated like a chancer!!! Is there no other way to verify a client's identity? He can't write anymore so what now? He was disrespected and we not happy
