DOES NOT ACTUALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS!

Gave my info online for a CallBack to get Car insurance quotes - they eventually called me back after several minutes (took them the same time to call back than the time it took to have already gotten quotes from another provider). The Call Centre agent then said she cannot help me, because I was a client before and has to transfer me. I eventually got through to another agent, whom asked me a few questions and I told her, I'm calling because of the R400 cash back promo, she then said to hold. After holding, I was disconnected. Never received a Call back again!!! Called this morning again same story. Got my quote and it did not match my current premium at ALL! I asked about the promo and was told that its only for new clients and clients that has had policies in the past with them before, do not qualify. I said OK, but can you match my current premium with KingPrice - he blatantly said no we can't (not even trying) and said bye. What the???!!! Don't you want my business? Obviously not - I will never ever open a policy with you again, you are just full of stories... [Please don't even try to call me, I am done with OutSurance - not interested in your apology
