OUTSURANCE NOT PAYING ON THE R400 PROMO!!!

I called into the Outsurance promo call center and asked for a quote for motor vehicle insurance as I was hoping they'd beat my current low premium. After going through the screening questions the consultant realised that he would not be able to match or better my current premium and so he advised that I get in touch with the R400 promotion team to work out how they were going to pay me that cash. I provided all the requisite documents and even got an acknowledgement from a guy named Juan who advised they would process the payment asap. That was way back in mid-November last year. One month later in December I made a follow-up and my email went unanswered. The principle of false advertising matters here and either Outsurance should come out and explicitly state how many people have been paid for non-matched premiums and how long this takes on average (just to manage expectations) else they should be forced to recall the ad that makes this clearly false claim.
