Outsurance -Talks the talk but can't walk the walk

After hearing and seeing Outsurances' current advertising campaign "R400 cash if we can't beat your personal car insurance premium" I contacted them for a quotation. They could not match my current car insurance premium and told me that I will be hearing from their actuaries for my R400. Its been 11 working days and still no news from Outsurance.

The only part that they had right from their ads is that is was a friendly call. The call centre agent Abdul was fantastic. Any company that makes such a bold statement like they had should back it up. I will not consider or recommend Outsurance for any insurance services in future.
