Debit order not going through

I am so very off with this bank and their service, I have just settled my arrears last week as per our arragements & spoke to the persom who called for the settlemnt that they should revert back to the normal debit order, to my surprise the debt order has not been updated and but i ma receiving sms saying i have debited a certain amount, when i checjed with home loans they dont have my debit on record, and now i ma getting calls from home loans and sms to remind about my arrears again which they have coursed me and this is affecting my credit profile as it appears at an insurficient funds & thats not the case, I have had some of my debit orders cancelled due to FNB's bad service I have never had any calls from someone who is supposed to be my personal banker to check what is going on with acc and how she or he be of any assistance never nada. I am ver angry with both departments for costing me my credit profile, Can something be done by both depments please I hate these sms and calls reminding about arreas that i am not responsible for, This is not my problem please sort it out.
