Account wrongly debited twice

Last month my account was wrongly debited went in the jabulani mall branch called the personal load dep problem solved. Little did i know that this problem was going to b monthly. I cant keep leaving what i am doing to notify people whom u employed to do there work how to do it. Do right by me and delete my banking details from ur data base what i am asking is not a train smash or rocket science.
