On Tuesday 30 July 2013 at about 2PM two ladies who were supposed to be welcoming customers and giving information at the centurion branch of FNB were having a private conversation while I and an elderly gentleman were waiting to be assisted. The elderly gentleman asked whether "they could spare some of their time" to assist us and he got a condescending response from these two women. I found them quite unhelpful contrary to FNB's claims of helpful service.
