My father-in-law an elderly gentleman submitted his claim on the 25/07! On the 30th of July I had to contact them as we had no response from them since. When I called, the 2 ladies (Milana) very unhelpful & (Amanda) very uprupt could not assist me properly. Furthermore, I requested that an email be send to me explaining the delay as well as the process to follow. To date I had no communication from Hollard, I feel the staff I dealt with was extremely incompetent!!! My father-in-law also wasted more than R100 on airtime trying to explain to them as to what transpired/happened!
