FNB at it again

My husband applied for a personal loan with FNB, he works for Wesbank and is thus a staff member, when he applied for the loan, he got told that they cannot assist him as they cannot pick up that he is a staff member, is has been working for Wesbank for 9 years, we just applied for a homeloan with FNB, as him bieng a staff member, and the homeloan got approved, but all of a sudden they cannot pick him up as a staff member, how did we get approved on staff interest rates for a homeloan, this is ridiculous, somewhere someone is too laxy to do their job properly, as as a result, FNB has lost out business, as we have applied for a personal loan with another bank, it is really sad, that such a small mishap, can make a company loose business and bad publicity like this
