Each of agreements and poor service

I made an agreement with fnb that i wount be able to pay the full amount on my loan. We then with a long struggle from there side got this right. I xplained to them that i cannot pay it for now because of higher living costs and that if i pay the full amount, i will not have any mony to feed my child. I made the arrangement once, phoned back another day to make sure it was right, and phoned back agen to make sure and with this i had to xplaine every thing all over and mak a new arangement. After which they deduckted the full amount and now they are full of stories. FNB is the worst bank you can be with. No body listens to you and there creed 'how can we help you' is worth less than the paper its written on. Thanks fnb for my mony and for litterley taking the food out of my baby's mouth and letting us starf to death. Just remember, you wount get paid if we are dead. And that is on 2 of the 3 recordings as well.
