Not able to close RCS Card

RCS seems to be unable to close my account after I have received the following email on 30 April 2013.

"I herewith acknowledge receipt of your request. This serves as a confirmation that your RCS card account will be closed as per your request.
Kindly note that our current process takes 36 days for closures to be processed.

The call centre assured me after my last call that it will be closed. How long do I have to wait for this to happen.
