Taking money from my account but cancelled politic

I cancelled my policy 6 months ago at old mutual via my then financial advisor but still they are taking R531.00 each month .yesterday they also debited my account and they still didn't refund me money which they took for 4 months. I'm asking hello peter to help me with this as it is affecting my account status.
