I APPLIED FOR A HOME LOAN SATURDAY 22 JUNE. THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME WAS RESIGNING AND DID NOT PROCESS MY APPLICATION. NO REAL FAULT OF THE BANK IM SURE. I WENT IN AGAIN 13 JULY AND ALL WAS "PROCESSED". WE WERE TOLD IT TAKES 10 DAYS TO GET THE APPROVED LOAN. ON THE 27th THE LAST PERSON "WORKED" ON THE APPLICATION, BUT THE 10 DAYS WERE DONE A DAY BEFORE. ON THE 30th I CONTACTED THE LOANS CALL CENTRE SPOKE TO KUMBULANI, PUGUSO AND SUSAN, WHO TOLD ME I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THEIR LINE MANAGER (PATRICK ON 0112993080), WHO DID NOT ANSWER AFTER I TRIED ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I HAVE TO PAY A HOLDING FEE FOR THE OFFER TO PURCHASE I ACCEPTED, WHICH EXPIRES 31 JULY 2013. FOR A BANK WHICH DOES SOOO MUCH ADVERTISING AND PROMISES SOOOO MUCH IT IS REALLY PATHETIC THAT THEY THINK VERY LITTLE OF THEIR CLIENTS. I TRIED SOEMTHING DIFFERENT, BECAUSE OF THEIR ADVERTISING, BUT I AM EXTREAMLY DISAPOINTED AND HOPE FOR THEIR SAKE I DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE MEDIA AND RAISE SUCH A HUGE CONCERN OF POTENTIAL CLIENTS LOSING MONEY, BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE FROM ONE COMPANY.
