Misleading the customers

On the 5 July 2013 my husband phone outsurance for a Quotation, Outsurance quote was too high, higher than our insurance we currently have so outsurace runs a promotion where they will give R400 back if they haven't meet your insurance up till today we never received any amount of money. My husband received a sms that the R400 is going to charity but that is not how it get advertise which means OUTSURANCE mis lead the customer. Get you fact and advertising right before promising the customer money. Never again will I phone outsurace again their staff promises to help but no one help. Stop mis leading the customer because no where does it talks about the R400 that goes for charity bad poor Service
