Still no word on past transaction reconcilliation

As mentioned earlier I was an FNB client for 6 years and have spent amounts in and around R43 0000.
I held an ebucks account.
No ebucks reflect despite FNB Insurance brokers mentioning that ebucks should have accrued.
I have sent detailed total and monthly statements showing payments to FNB from my Investec Private Bank Account for the above amount.
No communication has been received as to what is going on.

How am I to trust and move from Investec PB to RMB Private Bank if I cant trust that the administration is being done. How am I to recommend your insurance products to colleagues who are looking to move.

Prior to this I had a case where my account wasn't being debited properly. The account manager was clearly not managing my account. I had to notify FNB to inform them of their lack of administration disrupting my personal cash flow management.

FNB, please show me that you can help like you advert says.
