Still Awaiting Log Book

I paid for my vehicle in 2011 - and wrote on the Hello Peter website that I was waiting for documents and a letter to confirm that this account was settled. I received the letter as well as " Notification of Change of Ownership " as well as a letter with an ID document attached from a MRS M MOABELO - however I have been waiting for my " LOG BOOK " After e-mailing the person responsible for this on more than 10 times as well as me personally phoning I am still no further with this - WHAT MUST I DO TO GET MY LOG BOOK FOR MY VEHICLE...
