I am busy applying for a home loan at SA Home Loans - Yesterday I received a call from Sa Homeloans saying that the ITC report said that I need to phone ABSA regarding a claim they put against my name on ITC
I have phoned over 10 numbers trying to get to right department but nobody see to be able to help or want to help regarding this query
I find this totally unexceptable - What must a customer do to get service
I urgently need an answer for my application for my home loan to go forward but nobody at ABSA can or seems to want to help
