Two weeks same department giving me problems

Three weeks ago we contacted the Absa Home Loan Protector call center to request our documents and it took two weeks to receive them after that we saw that we were under insured (not their fault) and requested that they increase our cover but we keep on getting the run around. When we first took the cover it took less than a week to sort out everything now that they know that they have sold us the product they do not care anymore and constantly give us the run around. Absa please assist us we did not request a further advance for fun we have planned for it and the Absa Home Loan Protector department is just delaying everything. Please get them to underwrite our stuff and send it through asap as three weeks is too much with just one department. we spent just one day with that Lady at Sandton she is just the best, but the Absa Home Loan Protector department is just useless.
