No info given on biggest purchase of my life

I just bought a house and got my bond thru u. I bank with another bank and all my dealings have been thru the lawyers. My 1st interaction with u was when u deducted the 1st bond repayment. Not a welcome letter, info of my account, telling me how it works. Nada! Considering all the bond currently going on u'd think u'd send me something, even from that perspective if not a customer perspective. For most ppl a house is their biggest purchase in life and this is how u treat me. Not impressed at all. Very disappointed in you!
