Refusal of Consolidation

I have 3 debts with African Bank and paying them well too. Now I have been asking them to consolidate these three so that I can have one debit order to them. How difficult can that be.

This is really frustrating as banking is not made easy at all. I am now resorting to looking for other finance companies who will consolidate these for me.

Their credit is not working best for me at all at this moment.
