WASTE OF TIME THANKS FOR NOTHING!

This morning I decided to contact the bank to enquire why I have a flag on my name and when it will be lifted as I have 3 existing loans with the bank which are paid well each month. I also receive a statement via sms now and again. My problem is that I always enquire for a bigger loan in order to consolidate my debts. Each time I visit a branch in Vincent EL I am told that if I take a loan and pay it off in 6 months I shall receive at least R40 000.00 inorder to consolidate. I never understood what the flag meant on my name until I was told this morning that I owe close to R60 000.00!! These are loans I took in 2005 therefore it gives me a bad flag not to get more than R1500 each time! Hey, I was never told of this matter and never received any statements... why does the bank give me more loans if I already owe so much then, fully knowing that I need to sort my debts out? Why haven't I heard of these amounts before.?? The lady on the call centre was so rude to me she eventually dropped the phone on me - get the recording!!! Clearly something does not add up and I am always mis informed. I do not want small loans from you African Bank - I want to fix my life - you wasted my time!!!
