Outsurance decide for themselves what they pay???

After 11 months I have been paid out an insurance claim. I had no alternative but to accept their puny
payout which excluded :_ NOW HEAR THIS a settlement for the Fire Screen which was listed in Box 86 of my stored goods and which was never left in my house when the Bayleys Worldwide Removals left after unpacking.

I got a quote for the Fire Screen of R2500.00 Outsurance would not pay out any of the damage done to my goods and agreed to pay out what was??? This is such a twisted attitude I am gasping at it because it appears that it is better to thieve than to break??? Am I confused YES!!! I really would love to know what this item and some others as well were ignored and whether it is company policy to make your own decision about what
to pay out. Completely ARROGANT - MAKES ME SICK TO THE STOMACH.
