No feedback - frustated

I have called and emailed Discovery a countless number of times, over a claim that was initially logged a year ago. I have been taken from pillar to post and have incurred expenses as they advised me to register a trust then open a trust account, all this costs money... I am truly fed up, I have been told all sorts of stories and even then I would have called for feedback. I find this totally unacceptable and disrespectful to their clients. In Life claims, they are mostly dealing with bereaved individuals and to have to take us from pillar to post is plain right unprofessional.
I have been a discover client for a number of years and it seems when taking one of their products they bombard you with information, but come claim time, they do not have the decency to make a single call without being prompted.
I am on my last tether and if not attended to, I am taking the legal route, cancelling all my membership with discovery, persuading management that we do not need any discovery products for our employees and plain right letting anyone who cares to listen how bad your service is.
