Discovery Life Claim - 3 months, no answe

I have contacted Discovery Life, must be, about 30 times in emails and telephone. Going eventually to the Manager of Claims. To date, for a claim, I have no resolution to something fairly simple. No one ever gets back to me. Terrible company to deal with and completely tarnishes the name of Discovery.
