I HAVE CALLED DISCOVERY ON TUESDAY TRYING TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE INCIDENT THAT I HAD, I WAS TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST.I CALLED AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY I SPOKE TO ADREA HE ADVISED THAT HE WILL REGISTER THE CLAIM FOR ME, MY PHONE WENT OFF AND HE COULD NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL ME AGAIN.I CALLED AGAIN DURING THE DAY I SPOKE TO THE LADY WHO TOLD ME THAT SHE REGISTER THE CLAIM FOR ME .SHE REGISTERED THE CLAIM FOR ME THEN TOLD ME THAT SHE FORWARD MY CLAIM TO A SENIOR ADVISOR AND SHE WILL CALL ME SHORTLY.NO ONE HAVE CALLED THE WHOLE DAY.THEY DONT EVEN TELL ME WHAT WILL THEY NEED FROM ME TO PREPARE MYSELF.CLEARLY NO ONE CARES.I DONT THINK I WANT TO KEEP MY BUSINESS WITH ORGANISATION WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT.I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE.THIS IS MY FIRST INCIDENT BUT ALREADY GETTING TROUBLE.I AM LEFT WITH???
