Not getting back

I sent you a email stating that direct axis of R40 000 has been paid in full there is no outstanding balance on that account so I'm correct there is an amount of R558.37 that can be give towards that FNB account. This is the mail I sent to Debt Rescue on 10/07/2013 to Sharron Bland, because my payment went up she never got back to me. On 23/07/2013 I received the same email that I received from Sharron Bland from Malinda Joubert at least got back to me to say thank you for getting back to her and would look into my query a.s.a.p. on 29/07/2013 I received the same email from Rita Pretoruis and everytime I email the person that emailed me it comes back to say they will get back to you in 48 hours. How many people handles your application. it's 2 months that I'm with them and i feel like going to another company and cancelling my application
