The call centre should be informed that not all the branches are open on Sundays - i called in twice the call centre agent told me that all the branches are open from 9:00am to 1:00pm on a Sunday, my husband then calls because we went to Centurion branches both where closed the next call centre agent told my husband that the Forways square branch is open on a sunday we drove all the way to fourways for no reason what type of service and incorrect information is given and a waste of mine and my husbands time, and awhat about the petrol we had to use to get to the branch???
