Hi,

I got a summons for an accident claim to pay R52 000 from an accident that I had. I have full comprehensive cover. And did I mention the accident happened TWO YEARS AGO. The letter of demand says I have 10 days to respond. Now you would think Outsurance would "bend over backwards" for a customer of 7 years to make sure the matter is sorted? No.

I called and sent through the summons on the 23rd to Thabang in Legal. Asked him to call me when he had got it.
NO PHONE CALL.
Called on 24th, asked to please be kept in the loop. Thabang said he would call on 27th. I said I don't want to have to call again on the 29th if they hadn't called. He assured me that he would give me feedback, and that they would sort it out.
NO PHONE CALL.
I emailed on the 28th asking for an update.
NO REPLY.
I called again on the 29th. I now want to speak to Amos 012 673 3455, Thabang's Manager. He isn't there. Leave a message (ref:21319512).
NO CALL BACK.
I call again ask for Lancelot 012 675 8459, Legal dep Manager.
NO ANSWER. Leave a message (ref:21018976)
NO CALL BACK.

Please tell me outsurance, what is it that you would like me to do in order to get service?
