Agents Calling Clients Against CPA Rules

Received a miss call @ 09h23 from cellphone number 0845605863, a Fred Saker from a company called DMC (some debt counselling company), wanting to have a chat with me. To find out later that he wanted to talk to me about some outstanding Standard Bank account that was closed 5years ago. The problem is that according to CPA Ruling, no company, not even banks or retail companies are allowed to contact any customer on Sundays, to discuss in any business of any kind.

He threatented to come around to my home on a Sunday to discuss my outstanding balance with Standard Bank. I refused his request and he declined my answer and questioned my answer. I cancelled the call and want to do something about this.
