I complained here a few weeks ago about the fact that although I requested that my "U Count Rewards" Card be posted to my PO Box it was in fact posted to my residential address and my dogs destroyed my card. I was promised that a new card would be dispatched to me and sent to my postal address. Well either it hasn't been disptached or it was posted to the wrong address, but I haven't received the promised new card. I notice with dismay however that the monthly R20 fee has been deducted from my [URL Removed] on SB, get it right... really.
