No way of speaking to people

About 2 days ago i was contacted by a law firm, telling me that i have an outstanding FNB credit card, that day my wife then received an SMS with all my details and contact numbers of a person (Bernadette) whom i need to get a hold of regarding this outstanding balance.

This morning i get a call from a woman from this company GLA ATTORNEYS but she did not give me her name, she TOLD me i have an outstanding balance on a FNB account, when i advised her that i did not know of any credit card for FNB (i bank with Standard bank), she again TOLD me that i did, i then asked her are you telling me that i have an FNB account, she said yes and then just hung the phone up...

Is that any way to conduct business?

I have now gone on my Transunion account to check if i in fact do have any outstanding accounts and there are none.

What a way to talk to someone and i hope FNB get to see this as well, see what kind of people they are contracting there work out to.
