Nedbank
Too much interests

I had personal loan with Nedbank which I took for 2000 and I lost my job, but now I want to pay them back.
When I ask for balance they say is 7800 is this fair to charge four times the amount owed.
I do understand there is interests but I think this is above the allowed rate by NCA.

So is this how nedbank operate.
I need feedback asap.
