A Few months ago I bought a smart phone through FNB and received the phone within a few days. Unfortunately I had a few problems with it. I contacted the Help centre and have received excellent and prompt service from Eli. He followed up and kept me informed.
Last week my smart phone was and I did report this with my branch who informed the Insurance department. I have had no contact from them so thought I would contact Eli to see if he could maybe assist. Even though it is not his department he has kept me informed and asked me to let me know if I have not heard anything that he will follow up on Monday. I am not sure wehat the outcome of my claim will be and hope it is in my favour as I now have no phone. I am in the service industry myself and believe that it is easier to complain than give a compliment and Eli is definately an asset to FNB. He definately goes the extra mile. Well done for employing such an efficient individual.
