Ipping me off

I called vehicle finance to follow up my refund which is being disputed by ABSA .
I made the call, the lady RENE made me hold on for 24 minutes only to return and tell me she discussed with the manager CHARL an I am due no refund. She basically disputes their own settlement letter and its clear I am owed a refund and money back. I emailed PRAVESH also at customer care for feedback, he has not responded. I demand my money back its clear who is at fault. PLEASE ABSA DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK
RENE AND CHARL DONT WASTE 24 MINUTES OF MY CALL AND MY TIME THEN COME BACK WITH SAD STORIES.
