ABSA WHAT IS GOING ON? BAD BAD BAD

Im very IRATE with ABSA! I had my fist bank account and car finance and credit card! NO MORE my car was paid up in 2009 and received my docs which I have no lost! Im now buying myself a new car and Im trying to sell my car so i called ABSA to assist me as to how do I go about selling as Im not sure who is the owner myself or ABSA . I was told to fax and email and pay R325 for dulicpate docs and only to find out that im the title holder everytime I call and follow the story changes! manager are always in meeting which is rubbish! now I paid R325 for information as per RODENY swart who is a manager! who insisting that they will not refund me! Im sick of emailing and calling and listerning to different stories all the time. Can ABSA advise me what papers do I need to sell my car! if so I paid R325 for this paper which I dont have and they wont refund me for. All i want is some advise! from ABSA! as to what do I do if I need to sell my car! if im the title holderdo I need a letter from ABSA? why is it so hard to get GOOD service from you? so digusting and as for that call from RODNEY thank I dont bank with you! Now can a manager who is not in a meeting to call me
