Same problem again

Hi. About 2 years ago i logged a complaint that every month after payday i get an sms that my credit card payment is late and that i must make a payment. But every month my auto payment that i signed at the bank goes off between the 1st and the 3rd of the new month.

Why am i still getting this problem again. Last time i was promised it won't happen again and now it is.
