Penalty on my Credit card

I've had a credit card with Nedbank for almost 2 years now. I have never made a short payment, and I have NEVER paid my account late! In January I received an SMS saying that my account payment is due on the 17th??? and so I was charged with penalties!!! I have always paid my account on the 25th of each month! I insist on have those penalties reversed and refunded back to me, because I didn't do anything wrong from my side!!!
