Had an accident on the 01 july 2013, two weeks later only an assessor was appointed, third week my car is a write-off. He cant tell me where the car is. I'm stuck, sent RC10 by overnight courier on 18 July 2013. To date no confirmation. Frustrated and don't know when would you settle my car and where can I access it?
