STILL WAITING FOR CLIENTELE`S EMPTY PROMISES

I applied for a cash back on my policy (403555809) with Clientele on the 17th April 2013, and was asked to send all my particulars via e mail of which I did. Since from then I`m being sent from pillar to post by this company instead of paying me, and they will always ask me to forward them my particulars and there after nothing happens.
