I was handed over to Vericredit by a doctor. Balance was R546.03 end of January 2013 now all of a sudden the balance is just over a R1000.00. I have been paying each month. I requested feedback telephonically and via email on 8/7/2013. They dont even bother to reply. And if they phone you they charge to extra costs. And if this extra cost is interest surely this is not legal???
